Our 14-day Guarantee

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from New Lenses please contact us in the first instance (your problem might be one we can resolve without the need to return the glasses), or return them to us within 14 days for a complete, no questions asked, refund.

  • We will refund the full cost of your new glasses: frames and lenses.
  • Our refund policy does not include the cost of return postage and packing however.
  • Your glasses should be returned to us within 14 days from dispatch to you (as detailed on your original order form).

 

Our simple returns procedure

  1. Please email us at support@newlenses.co.uk so we can authorise your return.
  2. Post your glasses back to us, using the original packaging and with all accessories (e.g. cases and cloths).
  3. We would recommend returning the glasses by recorded delivery, and retaining your proof of postage as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post.
  4. Please note, your glasses should be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them, and it is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) are suitably packaged on return. Any damage not detailed on your returns form may void the guarantee.
